Rogers Communications

During my time with Rogers I supported the Rogers for Business team. Rogers for Business offers Rogers products tailored to business use cases from small business to enterprise. While on this team I contributed to the customer-facing website redesign. Part of my contribution was for a design strategy around promotions.

Rogers – 1.1

The problem

The Rogers for Business redesign had created components related to promotion offers in previous customer journeys, but had not defined a cohesive system for how or when these components would be used.

The solution

I audited the existing Rogers for Business website, the redesign to-date, and competitors to define a strategy to align the team’s previous effort with future work. The outcome was a taxonomy that grouped offers as: campaigns, temporary promotions, indefinite offers, and recommendations. To support the promotion types Contentful CMS page templates and user flows were developed, as well as defining promotion variants to existing design system components.
